Oracle JDeveloper 11g Error Occurred

I am developing software projects now by Oracle Jdeveloper 11g.

I want to execute Jdeveloper for this purpose I double click at this icon but it shows error for me.

Due to this error I can’t continue my work.

Please tell me its solution.

Oracle JDeveloper 11g Error Occurred

Good day, about the error that Jdeveloper shows to you, it is a common error. It is one of the most errors that are discussed. Some people say that it is because of the version of installed windows either (windows vista, windows 7, or windows xp). Others say it is because of the internet explorer version. The common idea among them is that updating windows and installing these updates causes this error to rise up. Many solutions are tried some are acceptable by other and others reject these solutions.
