My computer is newly purchased with the following specifications:

ASUS M5A97 R2 AM3+ Motherboard, AMD FX Series 8350 AM3+ 4 GHz 8MB Black Edition, ASUS Radeon HD7850 DC2 2GB DDR5, 1600 Corsair Vengeance CL9 DDR3 8GB with 4GB each slot, Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5 Sata III, Thermalight True Spirit 140BW, Samsung 840 Basic 120GB Sata III and a Temparius Impertatur 650W 80 Pluz Bronze PSU.

The issue is when playing games on this computer, it shuts down and I can't start it again. I will need to turn the PSU off and on again to make it work. And its happening a lot lately. Considering that this is a newly purchased computer, I don't know why I am encountering such issues. Please help me fix it.

Good day to you.

You have mentioned that the PC you have concerns with is a new one and has been purchased just a month ago? Well, you have not specified what game you were playing with when the issue occurs. Second, I would like to know if there is a blue screen that came out before it totally shut down. If it only shuts down when you are playing, then the game that you are playing mustn’t have conformed to the desired qualification of the hardware that is why it crashes. Now, if you want a simple solution, I can provide you two.

First is to stop playing that particular game that causes the automatic shutdown. Second is that, since you have mentioned that it is a new PC, you can have it checked by the manufacturer. For certain, you still have the warranty for that PC and that may come in handy.

I hope this helps.

Hello,

I think their's might be some problem with the graphics card or in power supply. The power supply can not provide enough power and that’s why your PC shut downed.

You can check them also.

Best way to solve the problem take it to the seller. If you have warranty.

Hope it will work.
