Netapp setacl error message while connecting

I think that there might be some component missing from the Windows Server 2008 installation process. You can start by doing a fresh installation of any software or at least the  Netapp that you are using.
After looking at the error that you have specified, it seems that you are using it to list the sacl components. But you cannot perform this function until you have the right privileges to perform the task. In your case it is the Netapp box.
Also make sure that your user account has the right amount of privileges that you can use to perform this task.
You can also ensure that the parameters that you are using are the right ones and are meant for the Netapp.
