Netapp setacl error message while connecting

Hi

I am trying to connect from my Windows Server 2008 r2 using a domain admin account and verified it has local admin permission on the NetApp.Setacl works fine if i use a local directory in the client server. Error:ERROR: Parsing the SD of <\?UNCnetapp.domain.compublic$> failed with: A re
required privilege is not held by the client.

I think that there might be some component missing from the Windows Server 2008 installation process. You can start by doing a fresh installation of any software or at least the  Netapp that you are using.
After looking at the error that you have specified, it seems that you are using it to list the sacl components. But you cannot perform this function until you have the right privileges to perform the task. In your case it is the Netapp box.
Also make sure that your user account has the right amount of privileges that you can use to perform this task.
You can also ensure that the parameters that you are using are the right ones and are meant for the Netapp.
