Need a software to cut images from a photo fast

The idea is that I have some photos and I want to cut some portions from them.

The only thing is that I haven't found a software that will keep the quality and allow me to change the format, as I need many formats.

Can you provide me with a good software to cut images from a photo.

I want a basic software, easy to use.

Need a software to cut images from a photo fast

The easiest software you can use is “Paint”, which it is already installed in your computer.

Go to your image and right click on it.

Then select “Open with”.

From there select “Paint”.

You can select and cut away the parts of your photo that you don’t want.

After you are done, save your picture as a JPEG format or BMP Picture.

Saving the file as a JPEG format or BMP won't lose any of the pixels.

The picture will stay in the high quality.
