I need to resize some picture from higher dimension to lower dimension without changing the quality of picture. How I can do image resize on mouse over and which software is effective for this purposes? Need help ASAP.

How to image resize on mouse over ?

There is a lot of software to resize the image of your mouse over, but I recommend Perfectresize 7.5 Onone software.
