When I use the citrix application, I am receiving an error called citrix ssl error 61. I need help to resolve it. Please refer to below picture:
Need Help To Resolve Citrix Ssl Error 61.
To resolve this, try following the steps below:
1. You need to obtain an SSL root certificate. It has an extension .crt and is issued by the SSL certificate provider. You can download it through the provider’s website.
2. Install this certificate on your machine.
3. Make sure your antivirus shouldn’t be interfering with the certificate, the antivirus should trust it. This should make sure your citrix works, as the basic problem is almost always a missing certification.
