Hi,
I get an error message when trying to install Fix-It Utilities 11. The installation error number 1606 shows, which says that it could not access network. I has both retry and cancel options. When I click retry it shows the same thing. When I cancel, the process closes down. Please provide me solutions on how to fix this issue.

Dear Andrei,
This error message happens when an incorrect setting in one of the registry entries occurs. In order to fix this error, please follow these steps:

Click "Start -> Run".

Type "regedit" in the box and press "OK".

Locate the registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerUser Shell Folders.

In the right pane of the Registry Editor, double click "Common Administrative tools" and in the "value box" type this line and press "OK": %ALLUSERSPROFILE%Start MenuProgramsAdministrative Tools.

On the "File" menu press "exit" to quit the Editor.

Restart your PC and try again to install the application.
