Need Driver for Cloned iPod/MP4

I purchased a clone of Apple iPod/MP4 from China. When I try to sync it with my PC, my computer could not recognize it. An error is appearing stating that I need a software driver to continue. But according to the seller, this one doesn’t need any drivers; I just need to plug it then play. When plugging the USB cable from the device to my computer, the iPod is charging it cannot be read. What should I do?

Hello Elliotpai,

The vendor could have just told you that apple iPod did not need drivers for him to make a sell. You will need to search the internet if there are any drivers that are needed for the iPod to be able to establish a connection to the computer and download them and install them.

Otherwise you may just contact the supplier who sold you the iPod and explain to him the issue you are facing, so that he may fix for you the problem or make a replacement in case it is that particular iPod that has driver problems. I hope he gave you his contacts.
