Mp4 stop working after firmware update

I am browsing with my music on my mp4 when I accidentally hit the upgrade firmware button and run the update. Afterwards, my mp4 shuts down and stop working. This is just a generic product from china. Is there a fix for this? Help please.

Hello Michael,

First of all you should not be running upgrades when you are not sure what effects they are going to have on the gadget that you are using.

It is quite clear that the mp4 stopped working as a result of the upgrade that you did, and therefore the only way to remove the error is by removing that firmware that you installed when you did the upgrade. You might try restoring the mp4 to its factory settings and see if that will help you solve that problem.
