I do not know why, but somehow iis 75 started to upload cache on the server. I have removed this page already, deleted temporary asp. net files, unchecked isapi cache extensions but still it is displaying. What else can I do to clean out iis 75 cache?

Even though you have removed the iis 75 page, the critical files and the cache files are still on your computer. Follow the steps below to remove it completely:
1. Go to Control Panel and click on Internet settings. Click the delete temporary internet files button and wait for the files to be deleted.
2. Now, clear the browsing history on your web browser. Also clear all the cache files from the browser.
3. Check if the bin files have been removed or not. If they are not removed, then remove then manually.
4. Also remove any other files manually and restart the computer.
Your problem will now be solved.
