I have forgotten my password and I would like to set it and I want to send my personal information to this website but I am receiving this error message. Any idea please share it. Thanks
Problem: Sorry [email protected] is not recognized as a user name or e-mail address.
This error message will appear when a user has a blocked account and is trying to request to reset the password. See the image below for the code on user_pass_validate function.

An alternative to your account being blocked can be that simply the website does not have your account anymore or that you're inputting the wrong email address. Make sure that this is the email address that you used when you registered and not a different one.
In case of doubt, you can always try to check your emails with the Search function and verify whether you have any old emails from this server.
