I previously had kaspersky Internet security installed and recently I have installed Norton internet security which is causing the pc the to freeze and it does not enable me a single operation to begin with the startup. Kindly someone help me with this problematic issue.

Multiple security options is causing trouble with the pc

Most Anti-Virus vendors recommend to install and run only one anti-virus at a time in a computer. When you use multiple anti viruses at a time, you will face problems like instability, crash your computer, slow performance and waste system resources because these multiple anti-viruses conflict with each other when they are running in real-time mode simultaneously.

In existence of multiple anti-viruses in one PC each anti-virus will often interpret the activity of the other as a virus by alerting you to a "False Positive". If both of them find a same virus, both programs will be competing and you can say it ‘fighting’ on dealing with that virus.

While updating each shall update using your internet which will make your internet connection as well as the computer pretty slow.

So as you are facing problems, use only one anti-virus program at a time. Now decide which one to remove or which one is to be kept. I recommend keeping Kaspersky Internet Security as it keeps your computer faster than Norton.
