Hello experts

A large number of people have several aliases on their mailbox, through aliases on the similar email domain name or still with various domain names.

However when I want to mail from (send as) any aliases of these, I get this error message. Please help me to solve it. Thanks in advance.

Error: “You can’t send a message on behalf of this user unless you have permission to do so. Please make sure you’re sending on behalf of the correct sender, or request the necessary permission. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk. ”

I had this same issue, Thanks for your question, Try this for the solution of your problem, I think it will help you and solved your problems,

Click Tools>Account Settings>Change your profile>More Settings>Advanced.

For Hotmail users make sure you have these settings:

Incoming Server (POP3): 995 ( Tick This Server require an encrypted connection SSL)
Outgoing Server (SMTP): 25

Use the following type of encryption connection: AUTO Make sure AUTO is selected as this is what makes the difference.
Then Ok, Finish and try sending a test email to yourself and wallah (well it worked for me).

Thanks

Hello Dear,

When you try to email by OWA, you will face this error. Please update your offline address book. To do this,

1. Click Send/Receive tab.

2. Now go to Send/Receive groups.

3. Click on download address book.

4. Now, you have to close the outlook.

Other possible solution may involve:

1. You may got the out dated or wrong cached information of contact. Thereby, you just need to find *.NK file and delete it. It may be helpful

2. Again, you can proceed to save as permission to the recipient. This may take time.

Thanks for your time.
