Hi,

I am having issues with Microsoft Expression. Expression 4 web, is not launching how many ever different ways I try to launch it.

I have so many different steps to resolve the issue but in vain. I have already uninstalled the following EW4, .net framework and the encoder package but nothing much changed.

I want to know if something could be done before I wipe out the complete set up.

There are many thing to considered why the above error occurred.  It may be the MS Expression Web installation and program conflict. Please see the procedures below, to isolate the problem:

  • Install  you have the latest MSXML – MSXML6.0  –  It may be caused by the installer or because of the version.
  • Disable your Antivirus for the moment  –  It may be the cause for host intrusion protection and program conflict.
  • Disable your third-party software  –  – It may cause program conflict.
