I need fix for the Xbox live connection error problem as I am unable to access anything on my Xbox one because of that. I need help with this urgently. Any assistance will be appreciated.

To fix the problem-

1. Press the Xbox button which opens the guide
2. Go to settings and then all settings
3. Then select network and open network settings
4. Then click on test network connection

If it turns out to be successful automatically your connection will be restored or else download the update prompted.

This will fix the error.

If you have a router, here’s how to connect your Xbox to your Wi-Fi. On your Xbox, go to “Settings,” “System,” and then “Network Settings.” If you are prompted to select a wireless network, select the name of your Wi-Fi from the list and enter the password. When you are finished, select “Done” then the console will automatically try to connect to Xbox Live.

Next, select “Configure Network” then on the “Basic Settings” tab, select “Wireless Mode.” Next, select “Scan for Networks” then select your Wi-Fi name on the list. Select “Yes” if you are prompted to update the firmware or software of the console. See if this works. Also, make sure your Xbox console is not too far from your Wi-Fi router because this affects your connectivity.
