While updating my windows I got this error called windows update error 800b0001 windows 7. Help me out. Reply ASAP.

This is normal error we get. First way is to obviously run the windows update trouble shooter. If this doesn’t help then put your pc on clean boot. It may be possible that windows update components would have been corrupted therefore you need to run the fix it tool made to reset the windows update components. Now try installing windows updates from windows updater after restarting the computer.  Now put your computer back onto the normal boot. Hope this helps.

If you receive “error 800b0001” when running Windows Update, it means Windows Update cannot identify the cryptographic service provider. This problem can be fixed using the System Update Readiness Tool. This download is for 64-bit Microsoft Windows 7. If you have a different operating system or different platform architecture, go to Fix Windows Update Errors using DISM for a complete list of operating systems.
