First, right-click on the network icon and go to Open Network and Sharing Center.
Select Manage network connections.
Then, hit the Alt key to display the File Menu and go to File > New Incoming connection… .
Here, select who you’d love to give VPN authority to and/or generate custom domains by selecting Add someone.
Click on Through the Internet, and then hit Next.
Select the protocols you wish to enable for this network. You’ll want to select Internet Protocol Version 4, thus the users at remote location may receive an IP address and can access the Internet.
On the window that appears, select Close.
