Hi. To learn how to reboot Windows 7 laptop, first take a back up of all your important files and folders so that you do not lose them in the process. Switch off the computer and disconnect all the parts of the computer. After the logo of Dell is visible, press F8 to start the menu of advanced boot options. Select the option to repair your computer and click on enter. Next, select the keyboard layout and select the next option.
Then, you are required to log in either as a normal user or an administrator. Click on Dell factory tools followed by Dell factory image restore option. The menu of confirm data deletion will appear after you click on next. Select the option to reformat the hard drive and restore the software to factory condition and select the next button. The restore process might take time so wait for it and after it completes, click on finish to start the computer again so that the settings can be applied. The apps from the back up can be restored.
