Hi all,

I wish to ask about outlook suggested contacts. I am using Outlook 2010 on my system.

How can I use the suggested contacts feature in Outlook?

When you compose a new message, you have an option of selecting someone from the Suggested Contacts folder. Here is how you can use the feature:

1. In the window of composing a new message, click To, Cc, or Bcc.
2. In the dialog box Select Names, under the Address Book option, click Suggested Contacts.
3. Then, click on a contact you wish to send the mail, and then click Cc, To, or Bcc.
4. Now, click OK.

The Contacts are now present in the To, Cc, or Bcc field.
