Hi!

I have annoying problem with my laptop. I just recently installed a game with it. It keeps on bugging me, Every time I’ve been playing for about an hour or two, the laptop will turn off or restart by itself. I tried to turn off for the meantime and let it cool down. It will work for a few minutes and then it will turn off again. Can you provide me resolution for this problem? Can you provide me also alternative ways to do it? What could be causing this issue? Is it the game that I installed?

Actually, it can be that the gaming software you have installed is having an issue. As a solution, make sure that the version of the game is compatible with your computer & other devices and then try uninstalling the software and reinstalling it.

Also, make sure that the cooling fans are functioning properly.
