Issues with Nokia C300 mobile phone

I can be able to send messages, browse my gallery, browse the web, open my social networking accounts, and update regularly using my Nokia C300. But recently, I can’t do anything on my phone except for making and receiving calls. I cannot access all the other features. What is causing this? How can I resolve it?

Issues with Nokia C300 mobile phone

Hallo Ella,

Maybe you could have started by telling us what you recently did on the phone that you suspect may be the possible cause to that problem, so as we can be able to know how what you did had an effect on your phone and how we can find a solution to it..

If you used the phone to share files from a PC then it may have been infected by a virus that has disabled the other services that you cannot use right now, and that may require you to a reinstallation of the phone’s operating system for it to work well again. You can also try restoring the phone to its factory settings and see if the error will be gotten rid of.
