IPhone 5S getting stuck during the upgrade

Hi everybody,

I am using iPhone 5s and it was working very well. Today I have seen an update 7.1.2 available. I have started the upgrade and it got downloaded properly and then started the installation. It went almost 1.5 to 2 hours, but then got stuck. There is no error message and nothing but just got stuck. I have tried to switch off, but it is not working. Does anybody know how to resolve this issue? Please help me out.

Hello, 

Pressing switch off button only won't turn off your device in this case. What you have to do is to hold on/off button with the home button for few seconds to make it switch off. Then you can turn it on and check the OS version. If it's 7.1.2 you are good to go, otherwise you have install it again. Make sure you have the ample battery.
