If you are using Inbox2 0.5.0.1b, make sure you are running Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7. It doesn’t support Microsoft Windows 8 and I don’t think if it’ll support Microsoft Windows 8 because this version was written almost three years ago, 2011. It doesn’t support other operating systems only Microsoft Windows.

Try reinstalling the program. Uninstall Inbox2 and then click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and select Disk Cleanup. Select drive C and click OK. Check “Temporary files”, and click OK. Wait for it to finish and restart your computer. Install Inbox2 again and see if it works. In case you want to download the installer again or you are using an older version and you want to upgrade, download Inbox2 0.5.0.1b.
