Hi,
I am trying to install Autodesk Infrastructure Design Suite Premium 2014 and I receive the same error every time. Also I cannot close this window and I have to open Task Manager to close the program. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ? How can I prevent this in the future ?

It seems like before you decide on installing Autodesk Infrastructure Design Suite Premium 2014 you should check the architecture of your computer first because this application doesn’t support 32-bit operating systems. Autodesk Infrastructure Design Suite Premium 2014 supports x64 Windows 7 [Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate, or Enterprise] and Windows 8 [Professional or Enterprise].
Even if you are running an x64 Microsoft Windows XP you still won’t be able to install Autodesk Infrastructure Design Suite Premium 2014 because only Windows 7 and Windows 8 are able to run it. Your best option, in case you are using an x86 operating system, is to install Autodesk Infrastructure Design Suite Standard 2014.
It supports both x86 and x64 Microsoft Windows but just like with the Premium edition, the Standard edition is also designed for Windows 7 and Windows 8 only. You cannot use it on Windows XP even with Service Pack 3. If you really wish to use this application, you need to upgrade your operating system to either Windows 7 or Windows 8.
