Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0 is a new version which changes the game of creating the SSL certificates. You can create the SSL certificate from the Administrative Tools with the use of IIS Manager. Click on the current server and double-click on Server Certificates. Choose Create Certificate Request from the Actions column. Enter all the necessary information and go to Next. Locate the path to save the CSR file and finish the operation. Once after the creation, you can install the SSL certificate.
