Hi all, mySamsung gas dryer is running but not heating. It shows the Samsung top loader error code’HE.’ I don’t know why it is not working. Does anybody know about the source of this problem?
The heating error is a most common error in gas dryers. However, it may be resolved in some cases.
First of all, check that the gas supply is open for the dryer.Now,remove the plug of the dryer and if there is any loose wiring connection on the valve coils, reconnect them. Also, check the wire harness if it needs replacement. Now plug in the dryer and check whether the problem is solved. If the problem persists, then call a technician to service your dryer.
