I am using an Android phone. I want to download and install an app from the Google Play Store into my phone. But when I start to download, it shows an error code 961 on the phone. Please help.

You have to go to recovery mode if the solution to clear the method to temporary memory and cache of Google Play Store doesn’t work.
- Shut down your phone.
- Go to recovery mode upon start up
- Select system recovery
- Select the option to wipe cache.
- Select the option to reboot your system now.
- Turn on your phone.
- Go to Google Play Store.
- Try to download and install the app that you want.
