Hello,

I have a problem. When I am trying to Play any Video or movie in my computer, it can’t play the video or movie. After that I would need to restart because without restarting I am not able to do anything anymore because the computer hangs.

Is it my player?

Is it my system?

What should I do?

Please help.

Thanks in advance.

Hi there ,

It seems your Pc is running on a HUGE massive loads of Malwares everywhere. Go to start and then click run or just press win key + r for shortcut and then type %temp% and press enter and now you see a folder delete all the contents of the folder and ignore those files which cant be deleted and then again open run.

Go to start and then click run or just press win key + r for shortcut and then type msconfig and click on services and tick hide all Microsoft services and you will see a list of checkboxes.

Remover everything that you don't use or know and now click on startup tab and remove everything that you don't use or you don't know, please don't remove video drivers and antivirus. Now download and install a good antivirus, I recommend Kaspersky and then restart your PC.

Now try opening your videos .

Dear Charles Garcia,

You cannot play any Video or movie on your computer. It may be both for video your player and your computer. First of all come to video player. Video player cause this problem some times if you have not upgraded the player recently. So, please try upgrade your media player or try to use another media player.

It may solve your problem. Then the most cause may be on your computer. If your computer has a low RAM or virtual memory it may be occur several times not only the time playing video but also the times running other heavy programs.

So try to uninstall some program or software that are less important. It will free some memory. If you have low RAM then do not try to run several programs at a time. And again the problem may be occurred if you have not set up operating system for a long period. So try to install new XP.

Good day!

Hi Morcelo,

You were right. It was the player not updated anymore. It was not working properly and it causes the hanging problem of my PC. Now I have downloaded the latest version and it was working.

Playing good on all movies I want to play.

Thanks.
