I have ram files on my Mac but I am not able to play them. I have tried several applications but to no avail. Is there a particular application that I can use to play ram format on Mac? If there is an application that I can use to convert the files before playing them, that will also do. Thanks a bunch.

You can also use  VLC Media Player. Its an excellent media player that can play or open a dozen of file formats. Its free to download and very available for mac.

To open your .ram file, just right click the file and open with VLC player.
