My computer crashes and throws a BSOD. The information on the error is stated below:

IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE. The technical information is:

***STOP: 0x0000004A (XFFFFFF88006704CAO) is the end part.

I have an Intel Core i7 CPU and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680. It also has a 9208MB of RAM G-Skill Triple Channel. I want to know if my RAM needs replacement. Thanks.

If you are unable to get into Windows to perform the steps, boot the computer into Safe Mode.

From the Desktop right-click on My Computer.

Click the Properties option.

In the System Properties window click the Advanced tab or the Advanced system settings link.

In Advanced click the Settings button under Startup and Recovery.

In the Startup and Recovery window uncheck the Automatically restart check box then click ok.
