I cannot create disk with Pinnacle Liquid 7 Pro Mac.

Hi Guys! I have Pinnacle Liquid 7 Pro Mac for all my video editing work. Once I am done with my work and I am creating a disk, the application hangs affecting all other running applications compelling me to restart my system. I have checked on the system requirements and everything is just fine. What could be the problem?

Hello Joshuagarrettthehero,

To resolve the problem, try the following steps:

*Update the latest patch

*Restart the computer. Shut it down and restart again. Launch the liquid and try to create the disk again.

*Create an image and disk content first and then burn the disk as a   separate step.

*Change the preset. Try to change the preset to fit the best quality disk.

*Delete the render files by going to Project then Cleanup and after that, delete all the Render files in this project. Now try to create the disk again.

*Go through the customer system information file and check if there is any 3^rd party burning application is installed because it may interrupt the disk creation process.

Hope these steps could solve the problem.
