I work in a fitness and wellness club and the club has received a donation of MC-780 MA Multi Frequency Segmental Body Composition Analyzer. It is sad to say that the machine is not compatible with my laptop with respect to the wireless transfer of data. Even though I have installed the necessary softwares to enable my machine to work on my laptop but still these actions proof futile. I would like to know how best I can solve this problem because the club’s Pc is undergoing a repair and the club ought to run its daily activities. Thank you.

In the  MC-780 MA Multi Frequency Segmental Body Composition Analyzer, all the output measurement results are stored automatically on the in-built SD Card which can be downloaded into a PC or transferred to a printer in order to generate full health reports. Also you can use a Bluetooth adaptor to send data wirelessly to a computer or Windows Tablet. (On a 2 GB SD card, it is possible to store over 10,000 readings.)

 

Nevertheless, it is possible to use a wire cable connection if all the other methods meet with failures.

 

But for the full database management, health assessments and progress reports generation, it should be used with the recommended GMon Health Monitor software.
