To hold up, the E-mail messages follow the steps given below.

1. In message click option.

2. Click on delay in the More options pane.

3. Select the Do not Deliver before option in Delivery options, decide the date and time when you want to send the E-mail.

After this setting when you will send the message it will remain in the outbox until it does not reach the delivery time and date.

In Outlook for Office 365, if you want to delay the sending of a particular message, here’s how to do it. First, while composing your email message in Outlook for Office 365, under “Tags” section or group, click the “More options” arrow.

Under “Delivery options”, check “Do not deliver before” then set the delivery date and time you want and then click “Close”.

After this, continue composing your message. When you are finished, click “Send”. Now, here’s what happens. Once you click “Send”, the message will remain in the “Outbox” folder until the delivery time. But if you changed your mind and you want to send the email immediately, go back to the “Delivery options” window then uncheck “Do not deliver before”. Close the window then click “Send”.
