Eset Nod32 is an internet based service so it requires an internet connection in order to work properly. In case your computer does not have the internet connection available at all, you should take the offline installer and install your Nod32 using it. Offline installer can be found

The activation in that case isn't needed.

Another thing you can do is to install 'normal' Eset nod32 and connect your computer to another one with the internet connection available. In that case you will be able to activate your software via another PC.
