I accidentally deleted some dvr video files:(. Now, I cannot watch the TV programs that I have recorded.
Is there a way on how to recover deleted dvr video files or is it gone forever?

You can recover you deleted DVR video files. I give you some tips that may help you.
Step 1: Turn on your DVR then go to the main menu. You may see different settings for different DVRs. So see your manual for clarification.
Step 2: Navigate the main show menu. From there you may see all your current shoes. Then by scrolling down and select the "deleted programs" and then click OK.
Step 3: Now you see the deleted DVR files and select those files you wanted to restore.
