Hey Maureen!

It is very easy to printout your slides in handouts. Just follow these steps to make your handouts via Microsoft PowerPoint 2010.

1. Open your MS PowerPoint file.

2. On the upper toolbar, click on the file tab.

3. On the left side you will see a print option, click on this option.

4. Now here under Settings section, you can see "Full page slide" option.

5. On this option, you will see a small drop down arrow, click on it.

6. Now you will be able to see some more options. Here you can select maximum 9 slides at one page for your handouts. But you want them in zoom so i will recommend you to print 2 slides on 1 slide on one page for the clear view that you can read it easily.

7. Select the appropriate option. And press the Print button

Your Handouts are ready to use.

Note:  In MS PowerPoint 2003, click on file and select print. After that enter the numbers of slides; you want to print on one page; in Slides per page area. And take your printouts.

Thanks
