How to open csv in browser chrome

Hi Friends,

I am not able to view .csv files in Google chrome with the correct format as in excel. Can anyone educate me or provide me some study material so that I can open csv in browser chrome in excel format.

How to open csv in browser chrome

Hi,

You are facing this problem because Google Online Management does not support CSV files. However, there is one way for you to view CSV files. Follow the following steps:

When you open the file, click on File Menu at the top and select Export to Google Spreadsheet. A notification will appear that a document is processed. It will take a few seconds to open the file. If you want to do this on a regular basis you should configure the system. 

To configure, go to main document page–>click on Setting icon, Context Menu, Upload settings, then click Convert uploaded files to Google Docs format option.
