I've been using WordPress for almost a year now and I'm enjoying it. But this time, I wanted to use blogger.com to create new blogsite because most of my friends are using it. I really like templates from WordPress. I'm just wondering if I can apply WordPress template to blogger. Is it possible?

You made a good decision by making new blog in Blogger.com. I have also a blog in this site. You have a question to make templates from wordpress in blogger. But it will not accept in blogger.com. Just have some templates in blogger. You can use only those templates required by the site. You can make new template of your choice only if you have your own domain name and website, and then you can use that template.
If you have exposure to HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, then it is possible to make different templates to use. If don't have prior exposure, you can hire and ask help from others. I think this will be the right time to create new template of your choice.
You have lots of options to make new things, so use your skill.
