In my experience, the best way to identify them is if the name is unfamiliar. The best way to know if an antivirus is genuine is to make sure you download it directly from its own website and check if they offer the antivirus for Android mobiles/tablet. If they don't, then you are sure that the one you see on the Android store is fake.
