Recently I discovered my files and pictures are missing in my Android Phone. I first noticed my phone do in many occasions do have lots of lag issues. Application crashes also. Have to reset my phone 4-5 times a day. I have restart also my phone every time I take pictures. Can anybody please help how to make my phone work right? What happened here? Do I need to replace my phone? Is there anything that we can do here? Can you help me reformat my phone? Please provide me step by step procedures how to do this? What are the applications I need to download and install here? I have NTT Docomo Android version 2.0. Thank you very much and have a nice day!
Problems with lag issues, missing files and slow internet speed
First do not think to format it. It’s the last option only to format the phone
Regarding restarting problem of any phone:
Step-1: Check the battery properly inserted or not and check for its looseness if any which may cause frequent restarting. (Provide some packing if you feel so in battery and check)
Check the flatness of the battery and observe battery itself not got damaged
Step-2: Install good antivirus for your phone and make it sure it’s updated regularly. Because usually virus interrupts the routine function of the phone and initiates the shutdown or hanging problem. You can install trial version also to solve this problem and purchase it later. Run the full scan of the phone.
Step-3: Remove unnecessary programs/Applications and games from the phone which you have recently installed. In most of the cases phone becomes slow due to some particular application.
Step-4: By doing step-3 you may find some sufficient phone memory (which is most important for any phone which boosts the speed of the phone.).You can transfer the some application and games in memory card.
Regarding formatting:
Do not format your phone without the back-up of the contacts, gallery and other required data. Do the above steps and get back if problem not solved
