There are over 200 phone contacts in my Mobile Sim. All the contacts have been removed from the Sim storage. How can I use data doctor recovery tool to recover my Sim data.

I would suggest that you download Sim Card Data Recovery. This program is mainly for the retrieval of anything pertaining to your mobile phone. Simpler than most applications that includes data recovery for computer data.
After installing the said program, just put in the Registration Key. Note: You cannot retrieve any data from a SIM that is blocked or is locked because of your PIN code.
