Depending on what you want to download, there is a lot of software that can download 3GP videos. You can purchase from the internet. It can download different video files such as a 3GP for your mobile. There are download managers that asks you to download videos while they are playing, and all you have to do is click and choose the type of file you want the video to be (3GP, FLV, MKV, etc..).
You can also download a video converter and convert the videos that you would like.
