How do I check “other” messages on Facebook?

Hello, someone told me they sent me a Facebook message but I cannot find it. Someone also alerted me that there is an "other" folder that I should check? Where is this folder and what is the purpose? I don't want to miss messages, is there a way to have them all filtered into my regular folder? Thank you.

How do I check “other” messages on Facebook?

You can simply access your Face Book other messages folder by following these steps,
  • Log in to your Face Book account
  • Go to the homepage
  • Click on messages 
  • Select Other 
These messages saved in the other folder can be moved back to the inbox by replying them or by,
  • Opening the message
  • Going to action menu
  • Select "Move to inbox"
  • OK
