Is there a way to connect social media?

I post regularly to social media for my work, and I am wondering if there is a way for me to "connect" it all? So if I make one post, it will post to all of my social media automatically for me? Is this possible, and if so, what is the best way to go about this or the best resource to use? Thank you.

Is there a way to connect social media?

The easiest and most straight forward way is to use ping.fm, All you need to know is to sign up at bing, Then toy should connect your different Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn accounts, From this website, You will be able to post on the three platforms at the same time.

You can also use selective twitter app, It allows you to post tweets from your Facebook status, It is great for saving time, You can check it out here.
