Can someone assist with instructions on how to create a new user profile in Microsoft Outlook? I've tried it a number of times and I'm doing something wrong. If someone can help me with the correct steps I would truly appreciate it. I'm obviously doing something wrong and I'm not sure about it. Thank you.
How to create a new user profile in Outlook
Create a new Outlook Profile
Click Start, then Control Panel.
Windows 7: If Control Panel is in Category view, click the Category on the right and choose Small Icons. Then click the Mail control panel. If the Control Panel was already in "icon" view, click the Mail control panel.
Windows XP: If Control Panel is in Category view, click the Switch to Classic View link on the left and then double-click the Mail control panel. When the Control Panel is in Classic view, double-click the Mail control panel.
In the Mail Setup – Outlook dialog box, click the Show Profiles button.
On the General tab, click Add.
In the Profile Name box, type a name for the new profile, and then click OK.
