You can follow these steps to correctly uninstall Kaspersky Internet Security 2012.

First, to avoid errors, exit the application. To do this, right click on the Kaspersky logo, then click exit.

After exiting, go to Start > All Programs> Kaspersky Internet Security 2011> Repair or Remove

Once the dialog box appear, click on the icon of the "Remove" tool.

Complete Uninstall – Remove completely all files corresponding to the application

Save application objects – This is recommended if you will be upgrading the version or will be using the program again in the future.
