I need help accessing another person’s calendar, for which I have been granted access from my own Outlook account. How do I do it? Also, please provide me with information on how to remove another person’s access to my calendar.
How to access another person outlook account
Accessing another person's calendar can be done by configuring the settings. It requires you to make use of this feature in Microsoft Exchange account. It allows you to quickly view someone else person's calendar, contacts and other task in the Navigation Pane.
You can view another person's calendar up to 30 days side by side.
In Calendar, go to Open a Shared Calendar
Then select another person's name listed from the address book
Click Name or type another person's name in the Name box
It display the New calendar to the side of the existing calendar in view
In Custom view settings on the existing calendar, it may not display the correct if side by side is being used in calendars feature. You can right click on the calendar in the list and Open on the shortcut menu to ensure that the custom view is being displayed properly.
