How do I have a new distribution mail list set up my outlook?
An older version of the list keeps displaying when a name is typed.
I can’t locate it for editing. I also can’t find the address book.
Please help me with this…
Help me set up my MS outlook
Microsoft Outlook is a cool software used for email. You need to create an account and configure incoming and outgoing server information then this software is ready to go.
You can check your email for easy access and allows you to reply fast. This software is used preferably by most Internet subscriber because it's functions are amazing.
You can easily check email messages in just 1 click. Plus, you don't need to log-in to webmail, sign in and check your email, which will cost you around 3-5 minutes to do it. But using this Microsoft Outlook, 1 click of the icon and its toolbars, then email messages are coming in.
You can drag, drop, create and personalized folders, most specially you can categorized searches. This also has feature that will auto-display address in 1 search. It'll display name typed when first letter is clicked. You can edit and add email addresses in easy way, update profile information and of course, to delete.
To add an email address on the list or address book, do the following steps.
Go to Tools, then Address Book
You can do the search by name only or more columns
Advanced Find also is available to look for specific address
Go to File in Address Book screen
click on New Entry
Then select New Contact and OK button
Type the profile information needed
Save the new email address added on the list
This should let the auto-display when name is type once email address is added in the list or address book.
