I got this problem with my opera browser. It's html codes seems not working very well. Every time I open my browser I see some lines on the screen. I can't even use the scroll.
I have uninstalled it and installed it again but the problem remains the same, I don't know if the problem is with the browser or it's with my system.Â
I really need your help.Â

If you have already uninstalled it and installed it back and still nothing happened, maybe there is something wrong with your operating system. Run a disk check on your hard drive so you can check if there is an error in its file system. If you are not familiar in doing a disk check.
Here is how:
If you are using a quite older version of Adobe Flash Player, update it to version 11.0.1.152 which is the latest release and can be downloaded at https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP.
The same with your Opera browser if you are not using the latest version download it now.
The latest is version 11.51 and can be downloaded at http://www.opera.com/.
